Quietly located on the top floor of a Bavarian style home within walking distance of shopping facilities, bus stop and hiking trails. To the pedestrian zone of Garmisch it is 15 minutes walking distance.

The comfortably furnished apartment has a nice balcony which view to east and an inspiring mountain view to Wank, Kramer and Karwendel. It has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is dining area, a comfortable couch with upholstered chairs and in the side one single bed and a desk which are camouflaged with a prevent. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement bikes and skies can be stored.

We can also supply a baby-bed and high-chair. 

The apartment is fully equipped for max. 3 persons. Flat screen Cable TV, Radio and CD/DVD-player in the living room. Free WiFi is in this Apartment.

The prices are for 3 persons. Every additional person costs € 10,00 per day. End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

Please notice that reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas/New Year minimum rental 10 days. Other booking dates on request.

We can provide you with bed linen, 1 large + 1 small towel (cleaning fee € 8,90 per set), a portable crib (€ 10,00) and a highchair (€ 5,00). Kitchen towels and cleaning material are in the apartment.
