The comfortable house has a very nice garden and a small pond. It is very centrally located but absolutely quiet because it is in the rear of the street. All shopping facilities, bakers, the pedestrian zone and bus stop are very close. Hiking trails and the Kurpark are nearby.
The house has a living room with a nice patio facing south, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stove, four bedrooms each sleeping two, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and an extra toilet. International satellite TV, free WiFi. Washing machine and dryer existent.
Children are welcome!
The house is completely equipped for 9 persons. A parking in the yard is available to our guests.
Distances: Bus stop - 100 m, ski area (local mountain) - 1,4 km, Zugspitze Railway - 1,4 km, railway station - 1,5 km, nearest bakery - 250 m, nearest supermarket - 250m, pedestrianized street - 450 m, Munich - ca. 90 km, Innsbruck - ca. 63 km, Munich Airport - about 126 km away.
In a few minutes' walk from the convention center and the park.
Rental prices are for 5 persons per day incl. energy costs, plus visitors tax. Each extra person has to pay an additional € 10,00 per day.

Please notice that reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas/New Year minimum rental 14 days. For other wishes please ask us.
We can provide you with bed linen, 1 large + 1 small towel (cleaning fee € 8,90 per set), a portable crib (€ 10,00) and a highchair (€ 5,00). Kitchen towels and cleaning material are in the apartment.
