The 2-room apartment is at the first floor of a new apartment-house in Bavarian country style in the centre of Partenkirchen, but quietly located. All shopping facilities, bus stops, as well as train station; hiking trails, cross country skiing trails, mountain railway and cable cars are all within easy (5-15 minutes) walking distance. 

The very sunny and quality furnished apartment has a nice balcony to the southwest with inspiring mountain views. There is a spacious living room which opens to the balcony, a dining area in the hall, a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer and microwave, a bed-room with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped for 2 persons and a baby. Colour Cable TV, CD-player and radio are existent. Please smoke only on the balcony!  WiFi-Flatrate included (please see remark on page one).

The apartment “Elly” is next door and can be rented if more space is needed.

The prices are for 2 persons. Every additional person costs € 10,00 per day. End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

Please notice that reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday, Christmas/New Year minimum renalt 10 days. Other booking dates on request.

We can provide you with bed linen, 1 large + 1 small towel (cleaning fee € 8,90 per set), a portable crib (€ 10,00) and a highchair (€ 5,00). Kitchen towels and cleaning material are in the apartment.
